- For multiple simultaneous CA bus analysis one U4164A LA card is needed for each CA bus
- Designed to be compatible with the JEDEC LPDDR5 SOCAMM2 specification
- Quick and easy setup using Keysight Eyescan with 5 ps/ 5 mV Resolution
- 5Ghz Timing Analysis also available on the CA bus
