• Embedded tip resistor ensures optimum high frequency probing

• Complete and accurate State Analysis on the CA bus for 8533MT/s LPDDR5/X

• For multiple simultaneous CA bus analysis one U4164A LA card is needed for each CA bus

• Designed to be compatible with the JEDEC LPDDR5 CAMM2 specification

• Quick and easy setup using Keysight Eyescan with 5 ps/ 5 mV Resolution

• Requires Keysight DDR B4661A-5FP/-5TP/-5NP DDR5 Analysis SW

• 5Ghz Timing Analysis also available on the CA bus
