Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands on Electrical Engineering Manager to spearhead our efforts in developing next-generation tools both analog and digital. This pivotal role goes beyond the technical aspects—it entails leading and guiding a talented team of engineers and contractors. If you have a blend of hands-on electrical engineering experience and leadership acumen, you might be our ideal candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
Lead and mentor a team of software, electrical engineers and contractors.
Set clear team goals, supervise projects, and ensure timely completion.
Facilitate collaboration between team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and innovation. Take on a design role when needed.
Experience using AI is an added plus.

Technical Expertise:
Play a pivotal role in both hardware and software design for next-generation computer bus tools.
Oversee the entire design lifecycle, from conceptualization to product launch.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in DDR6, LPDDR6, DDR5, LPDDR5, and DisplayPort technologies and incorporate them into our solutions.

Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, such as Software Engineering, Product Management, and Sales, to ensure that product development aligns with company strategy and customer needs.
Collaborate with Keysight Technologies to leverage their expertise and technology to optimize our products.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering with a focus on high speed digital and
analog design.
Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably with direct reports.
Proficiency in DDR5, LPDDR5, and DisplayPort technology.
Strong familiarity with the principles and practices of hardware and software design.
Experience with Keysight Technologies tools and platforms is a plus.
