Serial Rapid IO Probe Manager

The Probe Manager software configures and controls the probe. The tool bar provides options to configure the probe and the status bar displays the probe's current status and/or any errors that may have been encountered. Error messages displayed in the status bar are also logged in the Log Form if logging is enabled. The Probe Manager software is hosted on a PC or logic analyzer and consists of four main sections:

• Probe Config - configures the physical connection to the user targer
• Packet Recognizers - sets up to six 24 byte patterns to recognize incoming patterns
• Filters - sets over 60 different types of filters for each direction to discard unwanted incoming data
• Log Entries - displays error messages that have been displayed in the status bar
