Summary - FS4415 Serial Rapid IO Protocol Preprocessor
For use with Tektronix Logic Analyzers

The FS4415 Serial Rapid IO (SRIO) protocol preprocessor can non-intrusively probe a SRIO bus at a serial data rate of up to 3.125 Gbps. This low-cost logic analyzer accessory connects to the system under test with various target adapter cables and monitors bus traffic in real time. Protocol disassembly software is included to decode and display incoming data using a Tektronix logic analyzer.
