FS2358B DDR3 1867 DIMM Memory Bus Interposer
For use with Tektronix Logic Analyzers
    • Quick and easy interposer connection between the DDR3 DIMM SDRAM memory bus connector and Tektronix logic analyzers (interposer with cables photo)
    • Complete and accurate 800 - 1867 MT/s state analysis or timing acquisition up to 50 GHz with MagniVuTM
    • Compatible with all 240-pin DDR3 SDRAM DIMM's up to 1867 MT/s with optional FS1181 Support Package.
    • All signals are probed passively.
    • Registered and unbuffered DIMMs are supported.
    • Full featured protocol decode and command performance analysis software
    • Burst sizes of 4 or 8 are supported.
    • Monitors writes only, reads only, or writes and reads.
    • Selective clocking options include pre-filtering up to and including 1333 MT/s to conserve logic analyzer memory
    • Conditional storage allows for store only transactions of interest
