The FS2355, coupled with the powerful triggering and analysis capabilities of the Tektronix logic analyzer, gives the user an extremely effective and efficient tool for debugging, testing and verifying products incorporating DDR3 1333 DIMM SDRAM memory systems.

• No need to design and manufacture a custom validation DIMM
