• Compatible with all 184-pin, 2.5V DDR SDRAM DIMMs up to 400 MT/s

• All signals are probed passively

• DDR1 Protocol Checker and Performance Analyzer software now included

• Uses FS1026 Termination Adapter with right angle egress
  Registered and non-registered DIMMs are supported.


• Burst sizes of 2, 4, or 8 are supported


• Write only, reads only, or writes and reads visible in most circumstances.

• Uses Agilent "Eye Finder" technologywith selected logic analyzers

• Both x4 and x8 SDRAMs are supported

• Requires only 750ps data valid window for state data capture.

• Read and write burst type is tracked and each cycle of a burst (in both state and timing mode) is flagged to the analyzer as a read or write.
