System Requirements - FS2331 DDR 333 DIMM Analysis Probe

Agilent 16900-series Logic Analyzers

  1. See the table below for FS2331 protocol analysis requirements.
  2. Timing analysis requires two cards, configured as one module with one timing machine.
  3. The FS2331 makes connection and termination to the logic analyzer with either the Agilent E5378A or E5385A Termination Adapters. The FS1112 uses either an Agilent E5346A termination adapter or the "flying lead" adapter, both of which include the connection and termination for the logic analyzer.
  4. The FS2331 requires one analyzer machine that captures Data, and another analyzer machine that captures Commands. The cards required are shown below. The cards in the two machines don't have to be the same model number, but they must be in the same family due to the type of connector on the cables coming from the card. The 16750 through 16752 and 16910/911 are in the 3M family, and the 16753 through 16756 and 16950 are in the Samtec family.
