• Complete, accurate 333 MT/s state analysis

• Complete and accurate timing analysis up to 4 GHz

• Compatible with all 184-pin, 2.5V DDR SDRAM DIMMs up to 333 MT/s (note: 400 MT/s has been achieved with some systems but is not guaranteed).

• All signals are probed passively.

• Supports registered and non-registered DIMMs.

• Burst sizes of 2, 4, or 8 are supported.

• Write only, reads only, or writes and reads visible in most circumstances.

• Optional FS1024 and FS1025 Interposers allow use of FS2331 in single-DIMM connector designs.

• Uses Agilent "Eye Finder" and "Eye Scan" technologies with selected logic analyzers

• Both x4 and x8 SDRAMs are supported
