The FS1032 Cable Adapter probes an industry standard ½ size footprint. This is ideal for X1, X2 or X4 customers who wish to use a ½ size footprint to connect to their target system.

ExpressCard Adapter -

The FS1033 Cable Adapter is for customers who are using ExpressCard. This adapter includes an Express Card interposer and the cable to connect the interposer to the FS4405.

X1 Interposer Adapter -

The FS1034 Cable Adapter is for X1 (one lane) customers who wish to use an interposer. This adapter includes an interposer and the cable to connect the interposer to the FS4405.

X4 Interposer Adapter -

Flying Lead Adapter -

The FS1036 Spirit (TM) Flying Lead Differential Probe Set is for customers who are not using a standard test connector and wish to probe signals individually.
