There are five products for the DDR3 memory system designer; their features are summarized in the table below. With these versatile products, designers can use their Agilent Technologies logic analyzer as a DDR3 memory bus analyzer. The FS2352B (NEW), FS2372 (NEW), FS2354 and FS2374 (NEW), coupled with the powerful triggering and analysis capabilities of Agilent's logic analyzer modules, provide an extremely effective and efficient tool for debugging, testing and verifying products incorporating DDR3 memory systems. • Complete and accurate 2133 MT/s (FS2352B)
• 1600 MT/s now available for SO-DIMM (FS2354)
• Burst sizes of 2, 4, or 8 supported.
• Write only, reads only, or writes and reads visible in most circumstances.
• Both x4 and x8 SDRAMS are supported
• Now includes Clock Qualifier feature to allow accurate testing in 2 rank systems (NEW)
• New economy versions (FS2372 and FS2374) monitor A/C/C signals only
